I have to make garlic bread anytime I have pizza! I recently added cheese to my usual recipe and I love it. This is a simple recipe to have on hand whenever you want a cheesy, garlicky snack, or with your favorite vegan pizza.

Cook Time: 10 - 15 minutes
Servings: 3-4 people
What You'll Need
8 oz of vegan pizza dough
4 oz of vegan cheese (more if needed)
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of oregano
Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Prepare your vegan cheese by placing it in a food processor and pulsing until it's super fine (almost like a powder). Set aside.
Melt your vegan butter.
Combine butter, garlic powder, oregano, and salt in a small bowl.
Roll out your pizza dough, and coat with the melted butter and seasoning mixture.
Add your vegan cheese on top of the dough.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until your bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
Best served immediately.
Tips!
You can use a mixture of finely processed vegan cheese and shredded for added texture.
I would suggest storing the garlic bread in the freezer unless you plan to eat it over 1-2 days. It will keep in the fridge but only for a few days.
You can also use fresh garlic but you would need to mince it pretty finely.
