I love coming up with new recipes for stir-fry! This recipe is easy to make, and easy to make in batches too. The sesame oil gives the dish a subtle nuttiness that I really love. You can experiment with different veggies and sauces to really make this your own! Enjoy!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 2-4 people
What You'll Need
Stir-fry noodles of choice (I use Trader Joe's Thai Wheat Noodles)
2-3 cups of broccoli (florets)
1-2 8oz packages of Tofurky Plant-Based Sesame Garlic Chick'n
1-2 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1-2 teaspoons of soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Stir-fry sauce of choice (try out Mic's Stir-Fry Sauce!)
Cooking Instructions
Prepare a large skillet with sesame oil.
Start with your chick'n. Cook based on package instructions (pan fry for a few minutes, just until lightly crisp).
Add in your broccoli florets, and any other veggies you want to use.
Prepare your stir-fry sauce.
Cook noodles based on the instructions on the package. If you're using the Trader Joe's Thai Wheat Noodles, I suggest pan frying them instead of boiling them. You can toss them right into the pan with your chick'n and veggies.
Top with sauce and cook for a few minutes (just long enough for the sauce to thicken and coat everything).
Add in the garlic powder, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
Best when served hot. You can store this meal in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Tips!
You can double this recipe to make lunch/dinner for the week.
If you decide to boil the noodles, I would still suggest pan frying them afterwards to make sure they are not too wet.
Even though the chick'n comes pre-seasoned, you're still going to want to add a bit of soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil to enhance the overall flavor.
