I love pizza! Cauliflower is a great option for a pizza because it's low in calories and it's going to soak up any sauce and/or seasonings you choose to add to it. You can choose which type of buffalo sauce you want based on your spice preferences and get creative with your toppings!

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 3-4 people

What You'll Need

  • 1-2 heads of cauliflower (depending on the size)

  • 1 red onion

  • 1/2 pack of green onions

  • 1 pizza dough (pre-made or you can make it yourself)

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • Vegan ranch dressing

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Rinse, and cut your cauliflower. You want to make small to medium-sized florets.

  3. Place our cauliflower into a medium-size bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce.

  4. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet, spread the cauliflower onto the sheet, and back for 20 minutes. You want the cauliflower to be cooked through.

  5. Prepare your pizza dough. Using another cookie sheet or pizza pan, spread your dough out to about a 10 inch round pizza or longer if you're making a square pizza.

  6. Cut your red onions into thin slices and dice the green onions.

  7. Once your cauliflower is ready, top the dough with more buffalo sauce, add the cauliflower and sliced red onions.

  8. Bake for 15 minutes.

  9. Top with diced green onions and ranch dressing (optional)!

  10. Serve immediately.

Tips!

  1. You can cook the pizza at 425 for a crisper crust.

  2. You can prepare the pizza dough and the cauliflower the night before, just know the cauliflower might be a bit softer the next day.

  3. You can store your pizza in an airtight container for 4 days!
