"I grew up eating fast food. I remember being in college and seeing bright green peas for the first time! I was initially hesitant to become vegan but after watching Food, Inc. and accepting being lactose intolerant, I made the transition to a vegan life back in 2018. I feel better, have more energy, and love learning new recipes." I am excited to be part of the vegan community and share what I've learned with anyone interested in plant-based living!

"Hi, I'm Rach and I've been Vegan for 6 months (really wish I'd figured this out sooner but doesn't every Vegan think the same!!) I love food and love animals (just not on the same plate). I honestly LOVE being Vegan for so many reasons and get a lot of inspiration from @deliciouslyella and @dralandesmond among many more! I'm planning on studying a nutrition course in plant based eating in the Autumn and dream of bigger things on the Vegan front in my future." 💚

"The transition to becoming vegan for me came moving to New York City from my home country in Jamaica where I developed a passion for baking through my parents who were master bakers themselves. I worked as a professional baker in the best vegan commercial bakeries in the Tri-State area. Now I'm the proud owner of The Baking Room where I bring my unique flavors and recipes to everyone in New York City and beyond."

“My Grandma introduced me to a delicious Vegetarian Diet when I was 5 years old. Later in life, I transitioned to eating a Whole Foods Plant Based Vegan Diet. My favorite cuisine is Indian food. Taking care of your body is important. It is my passion to educate others how to live a healthy and nourished lifestyle. Health is Wealth!”

"At the time of writing this (in June 2023), I’ve been vegan for a year and four months. I had stopped eating beef many years ago for the environment and because I couldn’t stomach that meat. By summer of 2021, I was toying with the idea of going vegan for the environment. By December of that year, I had learned how dairy cows are treated and decided I didn’t want to put my money toward any more suffering. With a 'go big or go home' mentality, I was full vegan by February 2022, with no plans to go back. In March 2023, I started a vegan-themed Etsy shop for loud and proud minimalist women, called FuturevoreShop. A portion of the shop’s profits will go toward animal rescues."

"What started as a simple diet reference for friends and family in my hometown soon blossomed into a platform dedicated to inspiring people of color to embrace sustainable eating globally. As a Black vegan and avid traveler, I showcase quick and delicious plant-based/vegan meals and recipes, proving that eating sustainably can be both accessible and enjoyable. I was born and raised in Pasadena, California, and I have ample experience working in the food service industry. When I left home for college, I grew a love for travel and became passionate about exploring diverse culinary experiences and sharing my food knowledge with the world. Through my blog, I invite you to join me on a flavorsome journey that celebrates the spiritual and nutritional benefits of veganism, one delectable bite at a time!"

"My whole life before going vegan I
would eat meat or some type of animal product for almost every meal. I slowly made the transition to a vegan diet after I gained more knowledge about the lifestyle and I never went back. Now I have a fully vegan business and love being able to serve delicious vegan food to the community!"

“I never put much thought about how my previous, relatively “clean”, carnivore diet had any impact on the environment, my health and animals. You can say the “curtain” was conveniently closed tight. One spontaneous day, I watched “What the Health” and my life immediately changed. My entire life up into that point felt like a lie. I never turned back. I am in the best shape physically, mentally and my blood work is better than ever. My endurance and performance has improved being a vegan. In addition, I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen with recipes and sharing with my fitness community. Check out my content. I am a proud gay vegan coach who knows exactly how to build and maintain lean muscle all while getting your required protein intake in as a vegan. Hope to connect with fellow vegans soon! Let’s do this together.”

"My name is Manny, and I’ve been eating a plant-based diet for 5 years now. Typically most men like large sized meat-filled sandwiches or huge portions of golden fried meat, but my passion is to show my fellow manly men that vegan and plant-based food is way more macho than eating meat and dairy. I use my instagram, TikTok, YouTube channel, and blog to provide easy affordable vegan recipes and cooking tutorials. These recipes are curated for guys with a manly appetite, a love for extremely flavorful food, and an obsession with saving money. But really anyone can find that these recipes can help them transition to a plant-based diet that they will enjoy. I also believe that vegan and plant-based cooking needs to focus on the fun and positive, so I try to be a fun vegan blue dude!!"
